Merchantville - Camden County Question

Hello....

Can any of our South Jersey members confirm and advise what I should be monitoring while visiting Merchantville NJ
in Camden County, Need there Police, Fire and EMS & Paramedic Freq's and tones.

Here is what I have...

Police 507.7875 PL 192.8
PD 2 507.4125 PL 192.8 Cars are 2400 series

Fire & EMS County on 154.4300 PL 192.8

Fire Co 12-9

EMS BLS 12

Which Virtua Medic Unit covers Merchantville and Cherry Hill area ?

The info toy have is good medic 43 and 45 cover merchantville,look in the database for ems channel and fireground channel. I live near merchantville you should be able to hear camden police, cherry hill police cherry hill mall security, philadelphia fire and police

Thanks for your reply everything you mentioned above is programmed.
I haven't heard philly fire radio traffic since the late 80s when traveling
up and down the gs parkway from toms river.

You will also hear Burlington County Northwest System, Bucks County South, and Probably a little bit of Gloucester Co and Delaware River Port Authority EDACS. Unfortunately you will not hear Philadelphia anymore unless you are within about 15 miles of the system and sometimes not even that much, but I think you should get them from Merchantville. I believe Merchantville is Police is on 507.7875 but lately I've heard some other things on there too. BLS 1288 is dispatched on 154.43 but they respond and operate on 151.865. Listen to 155.40 for Camden and Pennsauken EMS. As mentioned above Medic 43 and 45 cover the Merchantville/Pennsauken area. Medics 44 and 45 cover Cherry Hill and lots of times you'll hear Burlington County Medic 35 called over to Cherry Hill. Very busy area. Have fun!
