Does anybody know if the IDOC Miami correctional site only has prison traffic on it, or if other agencies in the area, also use the tower? I will remove it from my favorites list if it is only prison traffic to speed up scan time, but if other entities use it occasionally I will probably keep it. Thanks!

No. DOC sites carry DOC only. They're fairly low-power so they don't carry much further than the immediate area around the prison.
I've received the Miami county IDOC site in Blackford county, 40 miles away.

Some DOC sites are fully high power. Some are low power on site only. DOC only sites converted from the analog, are a subsystem of the SAFE-T, same WACN, SysID, but not open to any non DOC users. They also don't carry non DOC traffic, though the mutual aid TG are in all radio. Then there is Pendleton.... It carries majority DOC but also regular SAFE-T traffic, as they never put an DOC site for that complex. Back in the day, DOC radio you had to switch zones between SAFE-T and the DOC systems, now it's just switch Zones for each facility TG.
