Micro SD Card

Can ANYONE assist me in some instructions on how to get the Sentinel Software to acknowledge the SD card in my BC436? I have looked thru several pages of threads and cannot see anything remotely close to this problem..

It must not be NTFS formatted, and try to not go above 32GB. Then choose to Clear user data and thick Display all drives from Sentinel and it should pop up as a drive in Windows when Sentinel are done with the SD card setup.
