320.1 is KGSB Seymour Johnson primary departure to the north. 338.6 is KGSB Seymour Johnson primary departure to the south.

How current is that file? I can remember both of these freqs being in use back in the 90's when I went down there to see the Snowbirds

According to the current Approach Plates, North Departure is 290.900 and South Departure is 273.600.

SEYMOUR-FOUR DEPARTURE

320.100 and 338.600 are still listed in AirNav so maybe backup or spares ?

That's used for aircraft (helos mostly) flying over downtown Raleigh
Down my way get news choppers out of say Philly on a scene and they like 123.025
just to avoid collisions and announce them selves.Had a DSP State Pol chopper last week come into scene already covered by
news choppers and he told them on 123.025 we need to get onto accident scene and deliver blood and they all acknowledged him.
The DSP chopper came right from Christiana trauma ctr and then to scene.Assume they picked up blood there.
That whole blood emergency aviation delivery program just started not long ago in Delaware.
News Chat A/A like Trentbob posted here a couple years ago..

No matter what city you're in, try 135.8750 as news helo air to air news Chopper frequency 1 and 135.975 as frequency 2.
