@1212L CivAP on 149.275 NAC585; Hi Bird South says Cosmic is rtb.
Yeah hearing COSMIC's Rich rtb to Atlantic City A/A 260.900. Both are code 1 for status.
Seems when they are on Norad exercise or the real Alert they stick with that A/A freq.
I think it makes it easier for them to work A/A and get Norad info on same freq then use other radio
for various ATC coms.Saves time relaying info to your wingman.

BANNER-65 inbound Dover from Ashville negative pax or cargo. One of the oldest C-17's
#88-0265 from McChord and first production C-17 delivered to the USAF in 1992.
First it was at Altus then Charleston then to McChord in early 2000's.

OT: Interesting story on C-17/C-130 CBP help.. Links to Acars etc in article also informative.
Travis C-17's getting stationed already.Instead of Army or USAF Raven security guys will be handled by DHS employees.

Looks like the ABLEs might be from DC ArNG at Davison AAF
I had article link on here recently that the Idaho Army H-60 folks were deploying to Ft Belvoir
for a one year deployment.. Maybe that callsign belongs to them and they are bouncing around area to get familiar.

Checking this tail history on that UH-60 it has been logged going back to last year locally using ABLE callsign.
My guess it is local DC area chopper.
