I just read my previous post. The last line should be "the RRDB does not show 128.55 for any airport within the N90 New York TRACON area". I blame it on not being able to get to sleep as normal.

128.550 is listed in the RRDB. I don't see anything new with the frequencies in that NFDD update. Maybe just some tweaks to the Class B radials ?
