Both Channel 3 and 10 helos followed them once they departed the river with one of the helos taking them all the way back to Monmouth County Airport in New Jersey (from which they departed as well).
Looks like their destination was the Dragon Boat Club....so I am going to guess not much may be found out about who arrived.
They did sneak in at low altitude between the KPHL and KPNE control areas. I never heard the helos or the Sea Rey on either tower frequency.
Guess it gave the helicopter news crews something to do for 30 minutes
Update - I tried listening to the Monmouth Executive Airport audio but each of the file downloads for that time period run at very high speed versus normal understandable speed. I tried a couple of software tricks with the audio file but somehow I am unable to hear the aircraft depart or arrive. Odd.

Yes, they arrived as TABOR 93, a flight of four at RAF Mildenhall. They were air-to-air on <377.300>.

Looks like this morning the Mountain Home F-15E's are headed for the US from the UK.
Lots of CLEAN KC-135s,KC-46's climbing out this morning from EGUN like CLEAN 31-34 ,41-43 etc.
Seems so far the CLEAN KC-135 tankers that will be crossing the Pond on Acars are bound for a KDOV stop here.
Might get here in time for Dover Nascar race at 2:17pm start LOL
