1525- Bobby 41 (KC-46 # 20-46073) working WRI CP (134.1/237.15) w/inbound msg. Coming from the West.
At 19:40 UTC RRR9250 RAF KC3 dragging 4 unknowns Call Signs Ghost 1-4 southeast bound over lower MI. AR on 263.100 AM.

Also heard them on 255.2. The new F/A-18 Super Hornets were louder and faster than the jets the used to fly, at least it seemed like it to me.

Nice catch! Seem out of Fairchild AFB looks like they are headed to St Johns possible for a stop.. Should be RAF-F-35B's that
went to Alaska at beginning of May along with RAAF F-35's working with Alaska US F-35's.
Bet they have all learned a few F-35 electronic tricks working together
Not sure why they looped South thru US to head that way though some rainy wx North of Toronto,

Rgr that! Seems couple more B-1's on the way Thursday.. Was wondering all that cargo earlier to Fairford for two to 3 B-1's..
Maybe some B-2's will join up later in the deployment exercise.. Dover has C-17 scheduled to Whiteman AFB Weds.

1 was a spare so only two arrived, 2 more due Thursday so will be 4 in total.I see overnight into the dawn in the UK the 3 B-1's arrived RAF Fairford.
I know US Stratcom will be saying what a monster of a job even for only a lousy 3 B-1's.
20 years ago would have been 6to 8 B-1's or Buffs for that type mission..
Six months of planning and two months of cargo moves to Fairford for only 3 bomber tails?
Just not as impressive worn out US bomber fleet anymore spread even thinner between Pacific and Europe
Boeing has developed a new pylon for B-1s to test hypersonic missiles (and can be used for other loads.) It seems that the B-52s are in such demand for deterrence and other missions - and are entering depot for mods - that the B-1s will take over the hypersonic test bed chore as they sunset their career.
Seems Green Berets were working Warren Grove along with the Gabreski guys you saw
