B-1s in my area now.

343.650 ZID > 360.725 ZID > 290.500 ZID
341.750 tac
302.845u/249.245d secure satcom data
Thanks 341.750 is common AR-20 freq so prob will get them looking for tankers on there as well soon. :)
2035 local Tanker KC-135 #59-1467 climbing out of Pittsburgh to the Northeast looks direct AR-20 at FL270.
ACARS show a FLAM-63 KC-46 #16-46019 that will be departing and returning Pease soon. assume a topoff tanker.Maybe for airspare.

2057 local just had weak hit on ZNY Phillipsburg Pa High 306.200
2100 local Coms on 341.750.. They must be cutting right thru Central/NE Pa.

2105 341.750 SPICEY-21 flight of two on ZNY 306.200 push ZNY 290.200.. Seem to be split in groups of two 30 miles in trail.
Tanker from Pitt seems headed for ACK.
Lost all contacts after this..
A KC-46 and KC-135 just launched out of Pease and look like they're going to the same area as the Pitt tanker (which is currently in a holding pattern off Cape Cod).

Larry Van Horn has posted his updated COTHEN list. Sending you guys a kink in case you're interested.

Spent the morning updating my COTHEN List on the Milcom MP blog with several new US Coast Guard cutters seen on the network, I have included home port, MMSI Intl call sign and other misc info.

You can reach the list at

Yup, arrival / familiarization day. Currently rattling my windows. ATC is routing commercial traffic arriving BWI from the south to turn right and loop around the Annapolis area over Kent Island rather than fly directly over the city (as visualized using ADSB, lol.). The traffic is going around the east and north side of Baltimore and landing to the east on 10.

I see overnight into the dawn in the UK the 3 B-1's arrived RAF Fairford.
I know US Stratcom will be saying what a monster of a job even for only a lousy 3 B-1's.
20 years ago would have been 6to 8 B-1's or Buffs for that type mission..
Six months of planning and two months of cargo moves to Fairford for only 3 bomber tails?
Just not as impressive worn out US bomber fleet anymore spread even thinner between Pacific and Europe :(
