Flight is the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Aircraft is UK888 a Airbus A319NEO (basically a Airbus A319 with better engines and a VIP configuration). Call sign is interesting since the code MFX is listed to this company in Uzbekistan.

HAVOC is the new MC-130J, it has been flying a lot recently. I saw it last week doing short field practice at KLNS.
The unknown noble AA frequency one of you guys linked (which I now see seems to be linked to MD ANG A10s) a few months ago (293.3) is active with chatter “going northbound” sounds like they’re getting closer to me.
Edit: Very close in fact, 5 bars of reception now. Was hearing them with 0-1 about 20 minutes ago

So who was he talking to? 251.9 doesn't fit any of the WRI CP freqs unless they changed them. It was reign 41 then he departed from New Orleans.

293.3 is one of the MD ANG A-10Cs A2A. Now hearing Raven flt coming back to MTN on 293.3 & 275.7. Maybe they were up a Ft Drum?

Probably who I was hearing. Didn’t hear them on any of the ZNY UHF frequencies however.
I can't find a listing for 251.900. Did it sound like they got a reply ? Maybe initially they selected the wrong frequency ? Any clues from their message on who they were calling ?
Since I mentioned it last weekend from the Week Ahead Guidance for this week this comes as a total surprise to me.
