Out of boredom I programmed the 800mhz freq into my regular scanner as conventional channels just to see what comes over. I expected to hear nothing as I have been told they are not really used by the system, instead I keep getting analog repeater keyups, no digital noise no nothing just the end carrier from a regular repeater on each of the freq randomly.
Anyone know what that is or what they are actually used for on the system?
