So, I know that 10-2000 means send police immediately, but as i was listening to my scanner today, I heard them transmit 10-2000 Alpha Charlie Echo.

I know when they say 10-2000 Alpha Charlie, that usually means All Clear. curious if anyone knows what Alpha Charlie Echo
