Based on the the info so far, it seems there are four units flying out of Volk this week:
*58 Fighter Squadron flying F-35A, from Eglin AFB, FL (Kong, Rage, Primus) - attended last year
*159 Fighter Squadron flying F-35A, from Jacksonville, FL (Fang, Gator) - just converted to F-35
*Top Aces flying F-16s (Mig) - private contractor
*143 Airlift Squadron flying a C-130J, from Rhode Island ANG (Rhody)

There may be other visitors flying to the exercise from home bases.

I'm listening! Unfortunately I have to leave for a Central A/C service appt. soon.

I believe I copied HUSKY direct earlier this a.m. but didn't catch the freq. I will review recordings later.

Mowing the lawn at the lake yesterday I heard thunder OVER the sound of the mower. But the sky was clear? The lake is Winnebago, near the Oshkosh airspace...so maybe(?) it was fighters up there somewhere...

Just FYI: Wed. July 1st approx. 7pm the 115th Fighter Wing of the WIANG is scheduled to execute a four-ship F-35 flyover at American Family Field for the Milwaukee Brewers "250th Anniversary of America" celebration.

An updated notice clarifies the 115th FW will be active between approx. 5:30pm and 7:30pm.
