Getting some random unsecure military traffic on 8978.5 usb tonight. I keep missing the callsigns. Very brief transmissions. Very strong signal into Seattle. (Probably from CA coastline.)

Hey nick. There was ANDVT on it this morning. Signal was very strong. I have a radio parked on it and will see what turns up.

Interseting. Yeah it sounded like some sort of exercise frequency. I'll be online only for a short time tonight due to a work x-mas party but I'll check it out.

Habitat and Gray Knight 801. Freq might be 8978.4. I was parked on .5 (for recording) and it sounded a bit off.
