Milwaukee stuck with $17.5 million radio system that may never work right

It is all about the money now. The Police Chief says the city spent too much money on OpenSky to back out. He has to make it work. He stuck his neck way out with this one. He says he cares about his people, but dollars trump over people getting hurt. How sad is that?
