Missouri Pro 96 Files

I'll be driving through your fair state (from the Lo to Branson, then over to OK on my way to AZ).
Does anyone have any Pro 96 files they'd be willing to send me?
Does the State Police do most of the highway patrol in MO?
Do they (MSP) use Mobile Extenders with known frequencies?
Anything else I should know?
