Someone may have messed up the network. All of the sites (Adams, Auburn, Fulton, Geddes, Hopewell, Manlius, Niles, Oneida, Pulaski, Tully ) around Onondaga and Oswego counties are reporting the same neighbor site pattern:
19 - Lowville
52 - Harrisville
9 - Rutland
17 - Booneville
7 - Philadelphia
And all of the sites are reporting that they are site 66, which doesn't exist (yet).
I wonder if they were adding a new site #66 up North and accidentally pushed the site ID and neighbor list out to all of the sites in the network?
The closest licensed location to these sites where they don't have a site yet is Old Forge (151.535, 151.685, 152.975), but I can't hear that from here in Fulton.
