Unfortunately, as we discussed before, the old versions of DSD+ display meaningless garbage for the neighbor list info which is what we need to determine adjacent sites. We do have full data on Site 48 but lack any info on neighbors to the north and east of Rutland.

Your display should show something like this:

1607181742949.png
The "Mobiletech Communications" tags are from imported data but the rest of the display is from received CC data

@tayridge . Thanks for the post. Site 52 is Harrisville NY. The rest of the sites appear to be what I would expect for the Rutland neighbors.

And welcome to Fastlane! This tool is my Swiss Army knife for decoding digital systems.

Thanks! We now have Harrisville and a new Site 11 to add if we can hear the CCs to confirm.

Site 11 should be Gouvernour 153.1175 and Site 52 Harrisville 152.930. I see Harrisville has been submitted but we need NL details for that site.

If anyone can receive the 153.1175 Site 11 CC the likely new neighbors are 7, 10, 13 & 16 if they have also been converted to NXDN.

If we get the CC for Site 13, Canton, that could give us the info for Sites 20 & 22 - Malone & Massena.

Good Morning & Seasons Greetings. I think I have another piece of the system. Picked up the following this morning early before signal faded. R13-20 150.950 control channel 40760 with neighbour sites of R13-10 42788 @ 153.4850 and R13-22 42392 @ 152.9900. I was unable to come up with a site Name. If someone can verify and or comment it would be appreciated. Also while on Rutland Twr. 150.860 Something I had not seen before came up - TG 104 151.670 TX 157.635 RX ANY COMMENTS on this as I am new to FASTLN.
TKS all

Great stuff! Your last observation indicates a call was active on 151.670 for TG104.
Site 10 is Potsdam, 20 is Malone and 22 is Massena.
Please submit your R13-20 Malone WPHW301 observations to the RRDB for the Mobiletech NXDN System including the Neighbor List info. You should also include the site RAN (it should be 20).

I was able to get another site this morning due to some ducting - R13-37 152.870 Canisteo. It is at a school building so it is probably just a fill-in site with limited coverage.

Thanks to @tayridge we now have St Lawrence County area Sites 10, 11, 20 & 22 in the DB. I suspect LTR-NET Sites 13 Canton & 16 Ogdensburg are also now on the NXDN system and may show up in adjacent site NL data.

The other gap in the RRDB listings is in the Binghamton area. There is a site called Endicott although the tower is just over the Tioga County line in Owego WRBQ398/WRCG721. It should show up on the Ithaca 153.1025 or Barton 153.830 NL but I have nearby co-channel sites that prevent my reception.

I just noticed that we now have 2 Canisteo sites. Site 57 is the hilltop tower site. Sites 37 and 54 (Troupsburg) are on the same license and are each on school buildings. There is an additional Canisteo school site on the license that may not be active.

Maybe we should call Site 37 Canisteo School to distinguish it from the primary network Site 57.

Something is going on with the Mobiletech CCs in the Rochester area - many have shifted this afternoon to what were formerly voice channels.
Site 26 - 153.5525, 32 -152.375, 68 -150.9725 & 90- 153.455.

I also found Site 2 has a new 153.665 frequency which is now the CC. Some other sites around the area rotated the CC to a previously used CC frequency.

I have submitted a request to delete Site 33 Rochester from the RRDB. It has not been heard since initial testing and the 153.455 CC is now used at adjacent Site 90.

As of this morning, sites have reverted to their normal Control Channel frequencies.

I said that I would give you a RAN, if possible. Here's what I Have.

Last week I noticed TG 18 Elmira CSD. Looking at my internal log, it was associated with two Baptist Hill voice frequencies that had a RAN: 2C When you convert that to decimal you have a RAN 44. So I programmed the Baptist Hill site with a RAN 44 NXDN 4800. I picked up TG 18 again this afternoon and checked my internal log. Both of these are Baptist Hill voice frequencies:

TGID-000012 RId-00046B VC- 151.722500 htg=1,wc=0,pri=0 NXDN VC RAN:2C
TGID-000012 RId-0002BE VC- 152.982500 htg=1,wc=0,pri=0 NXDN VC RAN:2C

After I rebooted the TRX-2 I got 18 again this time with Site 8 and site 43. Here are the voice frequencies:

Site 8: TGID-000012 RId-0002BE VC- 151.730000 htg=1,wc=0,pri=0 NXDN VC RAN:08

Site 43: TGID-000012 RId-0002BE VC- 151.790000 htg=1,wc=0,pri=0 NXDN VC RAN:2B

TG's and RID's are all hexadecimal. BOTH 43 and 44 talked about Broadway and some other school. Thus far I have been unable to get anything from the rest of the Troy system.

Site 8 is Corning and Site 43 is Horseheads. RAN 44 could be either Site 44 or 108. Since Site 44 should be Utica your site is likely Site 108.
151.73 appears to be a valid frequency for Site 8 Corning and 151.79 for Site 43 Horseheads.
It does appear that Baptist Hill is Site 108 based on the voice channels you received so now we need the Site CC info.

One that I was going to suggest for CC was 151.655 as I was getting a constant CC like noise from it. But I discovered that it was licensed to Northern Tioga School District which has a 7K60FXW emission designator. I have thus programmed them in as a Trunked DMR. I am still getting them on VHF, however. That would leave us with 152.99 which also makes a racket.

And if you haven't looked at the license lately they have added two more mobile frequencies pending. Keep in mind that I have this programmed apart (with the RAN 44) from Corning and Horseheads. Shouldn't that have filtered them out?
