Moble CB

Is there anyway I can power my moble Uniden CB in my house. I just got it and didn't know that it's supposed to be hard wired it into my car. Can I power it with regargable batteries, maybe? I or do I just need to get a new unit for my house. Thanks.

I guess I should mention that it's a 538w model.

A 12V 3A power supply like the one pictured below would work fine for your CB. Catalog #: 22-507 from http://www.radioshack.com
