Mohave Valley Fire P25 VHF system

Anyone have info in this system? Research I gathered indicated it supposed to be for Mohave Valley, Oatman and Golden Shores

It appears that the coverage could handle much of the western County, Any indication Bullhead, Fort Mohave will join up ?

I have been told Bullhead has no interest in joining. As for Fort Mojave I know BC vehicles have them for situational awareness but I haven’t heard them joining.

Just remember this, the Fire Chief that says 'not in my agency' today, will be gone in a few years. When the smaller cities and towns look at the economy of scale of a county-wide or a multi-jurisdictional agency, it makes financial sense and city councils/city managers love it.

The City of Phoenix did it with RWC and it makes a lot of sense in real interoperability.

Nope. Even before switching to P25 it was already the same thing. Not gonna cover anything else and no one else is getting on it.

The 2 VHF systems seem to have good coverage, and good audio quality. Plus interoperability with BLM
I enjoy listening to the Kingman City system.
