Moncton Public Safety system

Good afternoon all RR members,

I will be moving to Moncton at the end of August in a residence at Université de Moncton. I am currently programming my scanners for the move. I was wondering what type of Motorola Type 2 system is the Public Safety system in Moncton (Aliant Telecom: Moncton Public Safety Trunking System, Moncton, New Brunswick - Scanner Frequencies) : a standard or a splinter system?

Dieppe and Riverview FD have their own TG on the Moncton Public Safety System. According to the system's page, comms are on their VHF freq and are simulcast on their respective TG on the system. I've been in Moncton for 1 year and never heard any comms from the Dieppe and Riverview TGs. Why is that? Were they simulcast for a while and they stopped or it's for future use? If those TG are no longer in use, the system's page should be updated.
