Monitoring CBP (NOT ENCRYTPED TRAFFIC)

I've been monitoring various CBP channels including West, East, Wide A/B, Wide C/D/E, Air 1-5, and Tac 1 and beyond. While I've heard significant traffic on East, Wide A/B, Wide C/D/E, and Air 3, Tac channels have been consistently quiet. Recently, I overheard CBP agents mentioning a channel called "Bennie 2" and "Bennie 3." Does anyone have insights into what the Bennie channels are used for? or what the bennie channels freq are?
