I bought a GMRS/FRS radio and have been playing with it and monitoring it with my PRO-96. One of the neat functions is a scramble feature. From what I have looked up, it is just a frequency inversion. Is it possible to use the PRO-96 to re-invert the signal to monitor it?

Thanks!

Are you sure that it isn't PL/DPL subaudible tones/digital tones?? What GMRS/FRS radio brand is it? Just out of curiosity:)) Because if it is that, you will be able to monitor with your 96.
