Monmouth Fire/EMS Apparatus Numbering

Can anyone post the "official" Monmouth County Fire/EMS Apparatus numbering system? I had this document some time ago and cannot find it. Off the top of my head, this is what I think it may be, though it could be out of order and/or inaccurate. Thanks!

50 EMS Captain
51->54 EMS Line Officers
55 EMS First Responder
56->62 Ambulance
63->64 Ambulance/EMS Rescue
65 EMS Rescue (Non-transport)
66 Fire Chief
67->71 Fire Line Officers
72->74 Fire Engine (Attack - Less than 1,500 gpm)
75->84 Fire Engine (Class A - 1,500 gpm or greater)
85->88 Fire Rescue/Utility/Air/Lights/Salvage
89->92 Fire Ladder/Tower
93->94 Fire Brush Truck
95->97 Fire Tanker
98->99 Fire Support Unit (Fire Police, Other)

I have a list of First Aid squads attached (eg more than one in one municipality), and I'm sure someone might have fire departments. One of my favorite things to note is Monoc BLS units are supposed to be "58-5" units and any ALS unit assigned to Monmouth County should be "59" units, but as usual Monoc doesn't play by the rules, so all their units are "59".

Thanks. That is actually where I found it (the old site you referenced was actual my old website - I had it linked off of the old FH First Aid site a few years ago, until I couldn't maintain it any longer, then I gave it to wa2zdy).
