MONOC Control still dispatches Atlantic ALS & EMS units. When the patch between the Atlantic towers and MONOC Control failed completely MONOC handed out radios from the state cache until a permanent solution was put in place. The Atlantic EMS radio identifiers you're seeing are new radios Atlantic purchased that are trickling in. They are either a Supervisor or an EMS unit. ALS still has the state Moto radios.
M1 (OMC), M2 (OMC), M3 (MMC), M7 (MSH), M8 (MSH), M11 (MMC), M12 (MMC) - Atlantic ALS dispatched by MONOC Control on Shore 4
M6 (906), M901, M902 - Atlantic ALS dispatched by MICCOM

For calls into western Essex County-- i.e. the Caldwells, Fairfield, Cedar Grove, Essex Fells and Verona--what site are they using? At the moment I only have West Orange active since any of the townships mentioned above that are on NJICS affiliate to W.O.

Just a heads up. All of the AAC ALS units were issued Harris radios. It looks like they will eventually be migrating to their own talk groups. No idea what the TGIDs are going to be or when though. TGs for ALS, BLS North, BLS Central, and SCT are already in the radios.

TG 4763 appears to be Atlantic EMS BLS North based on the activity being heard.

Heard over multiple sites in NW NJ.

PS - Not all sites are simulcasts, in fact many are standalone sites.

Guys,

We have a duplicate on this system, and I need your help confirming which one is legitimate.

4619

It's in the DB as both Union County Fireground 1 and Wildwood Crest PD 2.

I can also confirm that Atlantic EMS is no longer being heard on the Spectrum DMR system. I'll pull that info with a re-direct in a bit...

@W2SJW - that's almost definitely not a Union County Fire Ground channel. I believe its Union County Fire Dispatch and then Fire Ground 2-10, but no FG1.

Late this afternoon, activity on the Shore 4 talkgroup (being used by ALS) seemed to stop, followed shortly afterwards by TG 4761 coming to life with activity. Seems reasonable that ALS made the switch to their new talkgroup.

My hunch is that this is the talkgroup lineup for Atlantic, based on my observations:

4761 - Atlantic EMS ALS
4763 - Atlantic EMS BLS North
4765 - Atlantic EMS BLS Central
4767 - Atlantic EMS Specialty Care Transport Unit

This is what the new channels look like in the Atlantic Radios (I already submitted to the database).

4761 ALS dispatch
4763 AMH BLS 1
4765 AMH BLS 2
4767 AMH command

They don't appear to be coming over the Hunterdon Simulcast, which is mildly disappointing.

We see Atlantic units all over southern Warren County throughout the week...

I see a few hits on Unitrunker but not many. Try the Washington site, you might get them on that one.

“EMS” I believe is BLS, while “MEDIC” or “MIC” is ALS.
