When is Monroe County going full time phase 2? Yes I know they're in testing.

Some talkgroups are already operating in TDMA mode, more than just "in testing". It depends on which agency and what their radios are capable of. If you have a scanner or receiver capable of TDMA, then it really doesn't matter much whether they're using FDMA or TDMA, it'll decode all the same.
