Also getting 831, but most of the traffic has been coming off the Laurel site. Is the 8xx's Highway Patrol range TGID's, possibly District 4 judging from the others in the DB?

2523 I’m only getting it off the Laurel site, I’m leaning towards Stillwater or Carbon County. Sounds like a combined Law/EMS Dispatch
Confirmed it’s Carbon County, heard Red Lodge Fire. Definitely a combined Fire-EMS/Law Dispatch

That's seems right I heard that TG 2523 come across my scanner during the flooding they where doing evacuations so I figured it was one of those two counties as well. It was bouncing of Cominco Site for me. Did not have enough at the time to confirm which department.

Here are a some new Talkgroup ID's that have shown up in the past few weeks:
9229, 9231 I believe are part of the MT Army Natl Guard, Flight Operations, heard them call in status and locations with upcoming destinations and times enroute, also when I hear them talking usually on Flightaware or ADSB exchange a Blackhawk is in the area or transitioning thru the area.

You are correct its National Guard when they are flying around to different Airports they come here to Philipsburg often.
I have heard the MT ArNG aviation units on the following talkgroups:

Picked up TGid 12490 from the Judith Peak site here the other day. Guessing from somebody up on “Hi-Line”.
First time seeing this Talkgroup id. One of radio id’s was a 77xxxxx, which is State/Federal Government id?

TGid 12490 appeared again today, with RID/UID of 352106 (medevac) and 358021 which would be from Yellowstone county.
I caught 2 short transmissions, with the last being "Have a safe flight" about that time on ADSB exchange N406BC
Medevac (Billings Clinic) lifted off from the hospital here in Lewistown headed west to Great Falls.
Just a guess but the Billings clinic is obviously using State trunked system for communications with their Medevacs.
This was all on the South Moccasin site.

I caught TG 12490 traffic yesterday from radio IDs MedFlight2 358021 and Dispatch 350001. Discussing landing at the Helena hospital and then departing back to Billings.
