What a chase speeds of 130 +. Air 1 called to MV to let them know a car was coming toward Moreno Valley on the 60. The car got off the freeway at Moreno Beach, then Alessendro at speeds up to 100. The car got back on the freeway towards Cabazon. Moreno Valley PD hot on their butt. The car got back off the freeway in Cabazon and then a foot chase started. Next I hear the phrase “I got one at gun point”. During this another call came out about a 211 just occurred. The guy jumped out of the car and left the female passenger. During this I went out my door to see if I could see Air 1 and I saw 2 police cars zoom by a street that is south of Alessandro
