I was going through the Morgan County frequency listings and it appears to be a little confusing. I see frequencies which appear to be active on a current basis and some which are listed as "new system". I see VHF-Hi and UHF frequencies listed as "new system". Are the VHF-Hi implemented yet? If so, what's their breakdown in usage and secondly, is the grouping of UHF frequencies going to be part of the Statewide Interop System?
