Can someone point me in the right direction. I just bought a bct15x scanner. I would like to program MHP Troop C. I am having a hell of a time trying to figure out how to program it. I have tried the easy to read andy's with no luck. Also a few youtube pages that program 800 mhz systems but nothing is working. I see an EZ-Grab on the software program but I can't find anyone that has that system programed. Does anyone know anyone with this system programed into their scanner that can help me. Or step by step on this system. Easy to read is not for p25 and so the setting are not correct. any help or forward would be appreciated.

You have a nice scanner there. One that works quite well. However it will not work for MOSWIN. You will need to purchase a P25 capable digital scanner. That will fix your problem, then you will have fun listening to a great statewide trunked system.

You might check out the old low band frequencies. (42.10 mHz, and 42.14 mHz)

It's possible that Troop C has a Moswin talk group patched into one of the low band frequencies they used before Moswin.

Troop A has 20005 patched to 42.94. To me, the audio quality sounds more natural than my digital scanner or DSD.

This could save you a few bucks if the talk group you're interested in happens to be patched to low band.
