I am going nuts trying to find that Motorola HF 1500 watt radio. the driver part is one of the newer Micom rigs.
Probably military or marine. Came across it looking for something else and didn't make note.
I do recall it is big, mostly 48V 75amp supply. Anybody recall a model for it ?

Everything I can find shows them as being discontinued (RCI says they've been unavailable since 9/30/2020). But, yes, I should've clarified they were made in Israel but distributed in the US by RCI. I seem to recall Mobat stood for the combination of Motorola and Bartel but maybe Elbit was in there as well? Not finding the information like used to be available.

Is it the Micom RM1200? Micoms are no longer manufactured but this is the last company that made them (scroll to the bottom for the 1 kW station): Micom HF/SSB Tranceivers | Royal Communications, Inc.
That is the amp. seems what I saw was up for sale labeled ??1500(?). Picture a Micom-3 in a 2U panel just below the amp. Price being asked was $7500. seemed awful high comparatively.
True, Micom is no longer available but they do turn up on the used market. Don't know what 'MoBat' was about, not mentioned in any documentation.
What interest me is that new Russian water cooled 2 KW amp. They claim 14 lbs total weight and in a 4U rack. That I gotta see.
