Motorola XTS5000 portable help

Hi all, I’m looking for help with programming my Motorola VHF XTS5000 portable radio. Everything has been replaced on it so it’s like brand new and I’d hate to have it go to waste. I’m located in Frederick Maryland and willing to travel and pay the person is needed. Thank you very much and happy new year !
