Is anyone doing multichannel DSC or NAVTEX monitoring using a RX888 SDR?
What decoder/software do you use?
Are there any groups compiling these reports?

I have the RX888, but like my Airspy HF discovery+ better.
The RX 888, I generally use SDR #r, The Airspy, SDR # studio for Airspy.
Been on the listen for NAVTEXT, I don't catch much. wefax seems good.
I use Sorcerer for the general stuff, Multi-PSK for other protocols. I think FLDIGI does better with fax.
Look through groups.IO you may find a couple.

Thanks Merlin,

I have an Airspy HF Discovery and KiwiSDRs - they all will all do single frequency NAVTEX and DSC. I'm wanting to do at least 8 frequencies at once. I'm trying out SDR Console and Black Cat Systems GMRS-DSC with the RX888. Got SDRC working with the RX888 and according to this:

it should work, just need to sort through the details.

Navtext, GMDSS, sitor all comes from USCG and the content is the same.
Just find one frequency with a good signal and pipe the audio to your decoder.

I just don't see the need and cost to monitor more than one frequency. It is doable, you will need a hub, a dedicated dongle, and SDR software that supports up to 8 devices.
