I'm just starting to get into the world of SDR. They are very cost effective if setup properly as receivers...

How do I go about hooking up 2 RTL-SDR and 1 RSP1A to one computer? Also, I've seen some people like Electroline Multicouplers vs Stridsberg Multicoupler. Which would be better and why?

RTL-SDRs need a driver swapped before being 'plug and play'. I haven't use an RSP is 10 years - but they are good. For the price, just use the rtls though.
What do you plan to monitor?

Conventional with some POCSAG paging. What is "RTLS"?

As easy as the driver for the dongles and a multicoupler. Be careful while running multiple copy of the same software to make sure to select the proper dongle, maybe change the serial in them so they will be easier to differentiate.
Used my holyday down time to redo my setup as attached

I used an LNA from RFBay for 750-900MHz and some resistive dividers from Amazon. I feed four RTL-SDRs this way and the signal is WAY better and the LNA actually reduced out of band interference.
