I have BC-15 how come when I put it in ID-scan, just to scan Everett PD it is still does a ID-search ?,and ID-SCAN MY 396 dose the same thing

ID Scan and ID search modes can be toggled by pressing the scan button twice regardless of how scan mode is setup on the system.

It is kind of annoying and I wish they would change it in the next firmware update.
