My stupid HP question of the week

Ok, I will try NOT to make this a weekly event, but I have another stupid question.... When I load HP with Delaware cities, I do not get all of the federal information. In other words, when it is downloading, it shows national as part of the d/l but the only items seem to be ATC -

Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution?
