Just wanted to say hello -"long time listener, 1st time caller....":D. HoCo PD feeds went by wayside last fall and I missed not hearing them...just rechecked my app and noticed they are back up thanks to the above mentioned person. I thank you and I hope to revisit THIS forum to learn more about how things work.
Cheers,

You're welcome. I too missed the old feed so I scratched my hobby itch by setting up this feed. Little did I know that just days after I did it HoCo would migrate to a new system. I hope to get my setup moved to the new system this weekend.

To quote the youngsters "Awesome" ! I'm thoroughly impressed - I've read so much on scanner basics and trunking, my head spins! While I understand why we have the systems we have, I miss the simple systems of old. Thanks again and good luck!
cheers,
GO

This certainly is a great feed. Thanks for bringing it up. If I may make one minor suggestion. Compared to other feeds I have up, this one is just a tad loud. Would you be willing to cut the volume back on the scanner itself just a little and see if that's better? Audio is just a little over-driven.
Again, many thanks. I listen daily while at work.

Just made it 3dB quieter, let me know how that sounds. For the last couple weeks I've been experimenting with different processing to make the quiet parts louder and clamp the loud parts so they're not too loud. I'm also still experimenting with filtering to reduce background noise.

Hello TP...sorry for the late response. Since you adjusted the volume, it does sound much better. Again, thanks for your feed.
P.S....I would not include the Delta 1 training TG. When classes start up at the academy, that channel gets very busy. I usually turn it off so as not to miss calls on the real channels.
