I have some old scanners, 2 GE Searcher scanners, 2 Realistic Pro 41's, a Radio Shack Pro 94, and Realistic Pro 2023. I am able to receive fire, ambulance, air, transit, CSX rail, The police have encrypted there signal, I have been listening to the Broadcastify app on a dedicated tablet (Kindle Fire HD) 7inch, works well, but the police likes to limit on what you can get, And the shortwave receiver is a Drake SW1, and next to that a Realistic WeatherRadio Alert. Works for me...

Here is a update, just a rearrangement of the same equipment, except I took out the Drake receiver and I put in a Clock Radio with large digits, it is a Lenoxx Sound.
