Mystery frequency

I am hearing a touchtone that stays on ,a fcc morse code id every few minutes then silence with squirky noises every few seconds,what the heck is this? Im in Passic county clifton/passic area.
I saw something about an airplane phone service,could this be?

The FCC Database shows two companies in New Jersey licensed to that frequency for General Aviation Air-Ground Radiotelephone Service License - SkyTell Spectrun LLC and Stratophone LLC. I can't say for sure, but that may be what you're hearing.
