NASA Wallops Installing New Motorola P25 Phase II System

I was in Pentagon City area at a high rise building, I should say that I was receiving Site 1 and it shows a neighbor sites of Site 2 and Site 5 announced on the control channel. Sorry for the confusion.

Was asked a few weeks ago, but no response;
how is the New York City site at Goddard used , if at all
during last launch nothing heard from the trunk listed NY freq?

I have not heard anything on 407.0375 but since it is a six story building in the middle of the city, I can't imagine if there are any interesting traffic worthy of listening.

Anyone listening to Wallops during launches? I bought a new Uniden BCD436HP and downloaded the Wallops frequencies data and talkgroups from Radio Reference. However the two times I have been to Wallops for the Antares launches I have not been able to pickup anything. Scanner works fine from my home county (Chester County, PA and Phila)

Not sure how to trouble shoot this problem as I am in PA and not able to test until the I go for the launches.
Any suggestions
