Ok, If you are talking about Nassau Medical Control AKA "Med Com" Nassau County is licensed to use the national Med Channels, Med 2, Med 3, Med 4, Med 5, Med 9 (most used) and Med 10. all with a PL of 162.2 ... Now these frequency's are the old one's but are still in use by ambulances that have NOT moved over to the Nassau County Public Safety Project 25 Phase II System. In that system they are called "Medcom Talk groups" 1,2 and 3 and are digital. All are listed in the RR database..... NOW "Medical Command" is something new that Nassau is setting up, where the "On scene" medical responders can talk to each other (low power) on the input freq with out going over the Nassau repeater. I am told that they will start off with using the input freq of Med Ch 4. You posted 473.075, That is the output (repeater freq) of Med 4 not the input freq.
Understood. I actually posted 463.075 and not 473.075. What is the input frequency?

All of the MED channels inputs are 5 MHz above (like all 451-454, and 460-464 channels).

It's interesting how every thread the OP has started turns into a dumpster fire. Coincidence?

Justin, you need to take time to read the posts that are made in the threads you start. Way too often you ignore them and continue asking the same thing. You also should take the time to learn some of the basics, and always look in the RadioReference database before asking questions that have very obvious answers. People on this site are willing to help, but only to a point. They're not going to continue to spoon feed you answers to simple questions, especially if you're not going to bother reading and comprehending the replies they give.

And yeah as @W1KNE stated, frequencies in the UHF, 700, 800, and 900 bands have standardized offsets. That info can easily be found with a Google search, but I'll throw you a bone and spoon feed you a little, because I'm bored.

Ok. I’m not an adult like you. I’m only 16 years old and have some trouble understanding, so I turn to you guys for help. If you say that it’s 5mhz above, then would the input for med 4 would it be 468.075?

So our programmer is back and I asked him. He said the frequency is 458.6375 PL 162.2. In the database it has that frequency w CSQ as FGND but WFD uses 3BW FGND. I will put this in the database

Who exactly is 3BW? I know its 3rd Battalion West, but Is that something run by Nassau County?

Bethpage has a license for that pair 453.6375 / 458.6375 under WPIA991
Woodmere has a licence for that pair 453.6375 / 458.6375 under WNXR956

3BW is just Woodmere Lawrence-Cedarhurst and Inwood. All 3 are dispatched by Long Beach. Meadowmere park, valley stream are dispatched by firecom and Hewlett is dispatched by themselves on 300

What frequencies and PL’s do you have for the channels you listed as “HEWLETT PAGING” and “46.20 X-BAND”

So who would hold the FCC license in that group if its a few different departments?

The listings for Battalion 3 have been updated based on a list I received not too long ago. The "3rd Battalion West" frequencies are licensed to individual districts/villages who have obviously decided to share resources.

The FIREGROUND list for 3BW is incorrect. I believe the 3BW uses the same freq as Hewlett for fgnd but no pl tone and you titled 3BW MEDICAL BRANCH it’s actually med cmd

The FCC license for which department?
Nevermind , GTR provided a well detailed explanation.

Interesting. Would have thought something like that would have been run by County. It's nice to see helping and sharing of resources.

Due to the fact that they all share a border and are all volunteer, for any signal 10 they all respond together (usually)

According to the spreadsheet I have, both are correct as currently listed.

Speaking of 3BW - Is Atlantic Beach Rescue still dispatched by Firecom on 154.115 or did Long Beach FD Dispatch take them over?
