Natchez Trace Parkway

Natchez trace Parkway is a two lane paved road from Nashville Tn. to Natchez Ms., about 450 miles. It is patroled by Parkway rangers using apco 25. I purchased the 996t to be able to monitor that systwem because i only live about five miles from it. For the first month the 996t would monitor that system but, recently it will not. One can only tell someone is trying to transmitt. Just a littlr squeling. I was wondering if their might be something wrong with the 996t or if they may have enscripted (sp) the system.
