I think your browser has a filter of some sort since you can't go to some other websites. What browser do you use? Is there a parental control on it?

There is absolutely nothing on Luke-1's end keeping him from typing scanner except Luke-1. He has been having fun with you. He's just typing ******* instead of scanner.
