I believe the Navy Lakehurst TRS is in test mode, I've been receiving a Motorola CC on 386.125. I waited until now to make sure it wasn't any tropo. McGuire AFB & Ft. Dix are awaiting funding to change their 400 system to 380.

I'm receiving it here, too. This is very new, since I searched the 380 MHz band a few days ago and heard nothing. Thanks for posting.

Both freqs were heard at the same time. TRS has been planned for a while, the problem was funding.

Is the TRS going to be just for the NAES or all three bases?

Seeing as the transition to the McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst 'mega-base' will be going into effect very soon it would make sense that they would be consolidating their communications as well.

The plan is to install a 380 system for the mega-base, however, the Army and Air Force do not have the funding for this. The Lakehurst TRS will be tied into the 400 system, will probably be patches.

Because McGuire AFB and Ft. Dix have multiple TRSes, this could get interesting. Any clue on how they're going to set it up?

I'm receiving a very weak P25 CC on 385.2625 MHz. I'm not sure if it's related due to it being much weaker than the one that was on 386.1250 MHz. Nothing is in the RR DB for it.

I wonder if the 385.2625 MHz CC is coming from Ft. Monmouth. I remember reading that they were going to switch to a 380 MHz TRS, even though the base is going to be shut down. Can anyone closer to Ft. Monmouth monitor 385.2625 MHz?

EDIT: Dave just sent me some information about this CC from his PRO-2096. It displays "T0101", "BEE00", and "SY274". I know "SY274" means the system ID is 274, but what do "T0101" and "BEE00" mean?

T0101 = Tower (zone) 0101, though I think it can still be multiple simulcast towers.

[strike]BEE00 = connect tone.[/strike] (corrected by Elias1988)

Hmm, I guess that rules out Ft. Monmouth. I wonder where it's coming from.

Bump. Any updates on any of this? Me and Dave are still getting the 385.2625 MHz CC but we have no clue where it's coming from.

Lakehurst TRS is ready to be turned on, only users will be the engineering/ test folks, no money to put FD, PD on. Don't have an exact date for this. I haven't been able to confirm the 385.2625 source.
