FYI
Over the last few months the Navy has consolidated it's Emergency Services (Fire/EMS) dispatch centers into one Regional Dispatch Center (RDC). Currently NAS Jacksonville RDC handles Navy Region Southeast and Naval Base San Diego RDC handles Navy Region Southwest. There is no word when the other Navy regions will go online.
I've been monitoring them for awhile and you will find that once the call is dispatched on the main RDC channel, the bases dispatched will use a local TAC channel as the working channel. Still not sure if the old Fire/EMS dispatch channels are still in use since they are now under RDC control.
