hello all ive noticed every so often ncc dispatch talks about diffrent sectors.any info on this thanks

NCC Pd patrol responsibilities are divided into Zones and sectors. The first number of the car's callsign designates the Zone. Ashbourne Hills Claymont would be 1 zone 13 sector. It is mostly used for complaint mapping.

All public safety entities in the State of Delaware are on the State Motorola Type II System.
City of Wilmington uses different frequencies, but is set as an intelli-repeater of the State system. Their talk groups are a continuation of the talk groups listed in the State system.

yes they are ALL digital. The only exception would be the nationwide 800mHz mutual aid channels.
