Need Help for Pella area

My son-in-law is a retired Sheriff deputy from California and has moved his family to Pella, Iowa. I got the info for Pella and Marion county from the database no problem. What I need to know is what State police freqs for the Pella area should I put into a new digital phase 1 scanner for him?
