Need help identifying comms on 35.100

Hi;

Heard some very interesting comm's on 35.100 a few days back "zone 6 showing motion, no canines no firearms". This was repeated a few times. Seemed like some type of police, security, or possibly military. Just wondering if anyone could help me identify.
