Hello. I reside in Erie pa. I found a dmr frequency of 453.7125. When I search digital frequency search, nothings found. Nor is it on the Erie pa rr page. What do y'all recommend I do to find out who this is?

I'm getting a tg of 1001 and a CC of 4.

Thanks In advance.

Digital Frequency search only works for licenses that have the digital modes in the license. - doesn't even mean they use them
Not everyone keeps the licenses accurate :(

Best to use the FCC search engine at

Keep in mind it could also be from across the water :) as in the US this is "generally" an Interop Channel and should be 156.7
Tactical Repeater
UTAC42 453.7125 PL 156.7
Tactical Direct UTAC42D 453.7125 PL 156.7

that said there are still secondary exceptions, to legacy licensing, but on those interops it is generally P25 or PL - not DMR

I prefer maprad.io over the FCC ULS search for a few reasons, primarily for its GPS radius/map search feature. 100 mile radius search linked here shows a few Canadian stations, two of which have DMR emissions in the licenses.

Listen to the frequency for a bit. What is discussed? Is the frequency only active during certain times of day? business hours? One licensee appears to be an oil & gas supplier but the other is a radio shop so who knows who could be leasing radios for use on that repeater, these are often tougher to nail down a subscriber unless identifying info is given over the air (like "[insert company name] base")
