We need help identifying frequencies in the Sapulpa area. There have been several new frequencies issued but not much is known other then from hearing it from 3rd party listeners. If anyone who lives in that area could let us know what they are hearing as well as tone information PL or DCS, Fast2okc and I would really appreciate it! Here is the list...

(WPVN639) Creek County (151.025) (159.06) (158.955) (156.24) (156.225)
Is this the Creek County Road Department? If so what are the tones?

(WQAF276) Creek County Emergency Managment (453.375)
What is this used for? It is issued to Creek EMA, is it the tornado sirens? What tone is being used when anything is heard?

(WQCN531) Creek County SO (868.825 with a DCS tone of 205)
Is this the new Creek County SO jail operations channel?

(WQDV516) Sapulpa PD (866.7875)
What is Sapulpa PD doing with this new one? Is it a channel D? What is the tone being used?

(WQEB467) Sapulpa FD (868.7375) What is Sapulpa FD doing with this brand new one? Is it a channel C? What is the tone being used?

thanks...

This is in fact used by the Creek CO Criminal Justice center for operations... there is alway a pretty regular flow of traffic on it.

(WQDV516) Sapulpa PD (866.7875)

Sapulpa is operating a side D now... I haven't had a chance to hear any traffic on it, but have heard the officers "switch to D".

Are these frequencies part of the Tulsa/OHP trunked system?

no they're are seperate 800mhz repeater systems owned by Creek CO and the City of Sapulpa, respectively.

Sapulpa Fire side "C"

(WQEB467) Sapulpa FD (868.7375) What is Sapulpa FD doing with this brand new one? Is it a channel C? What is the tone being used?

I spoke to a Sapulpa Firefighter briefly tonight about the new side C they got.... he wasn't even aware they have a 'C' but said they hardly ever use side B as it is.... I will be scanning it, and let everyone know if/when I hear something!

spoke to a Sapulpa Firefighter yesterday after the structure fire; he belives the purpose of 'Side C' is in case the FD is out working in an area that has no reception of the Tulsa TRS, they can switch to a non-trunked repeater or simplex channel on their existing 800mhz radios. I have been scanning it (as well as side B), but no activity on either so far! will keep my ears on though! :)
